The visual assessments method of left ventricular ejection fraction is very important practice inside the echo room but with big variation between the team work due to the experience gap, the purpose of this proposal came to control the LVEF by visual assessment skills and to create a rule for this method to be followed by the echocardiography technique users , By creating a direct relation between LV wall segments motion and ejection fraction value.

Kindly, The following need to be considered:

• We should not take this educational method in LVEF by visual assessment chart as a superior method.
• This chart came to organized and controls the visual assessment rules of LVEF.
• This method builds a good confidence for the new cardiac sonographers.
• Time related to measure LVEF , this will be more fast and reasonable.
• This method will help the Non-cardiology physician in estimating LVEF.
• it’s useful for LVEF assessment in case of CRT-D follow up when the improvement came in isolated LV wall segments.
• The LVEF range will became narrower in the severe stage of LV dysfunction.
• The LVEF range will be wider in the mild stage of LV dysfunction.
• As any other LVEF methods, it has limitation in those cases with poor echo windows.
